Placement description

Hospitality Rotational Intern:

In this position you will get professional experience in various office operations in hospitality and customer service environments. You will be the first impression of our hotel staff and are instrumental in every guest's experience at our hotel.

You will gain an understanding of main duties and services in room division and the front office, as well as familiarization of all departments.
You will understand the concept of F&B operations and each position’s role within that department by learning how to manage the inventory, plan the menu, how to store food according to state laws and regulations and how to organize breakfast and schedule the staff.

This is a 6month program.

The perfect candidate is

- Hospitality/Hotel diploma and/or previous experience in hotels preferred. - Friendly and has a smile that comes easily - Has excellent verbal, comprehension, listening and problem-solving skills - Displays a positive, upbeat attitude - Is incredibly adaptable and can switch gears with ease - Has amazing guest relation skills because you genuinely care about helping others
