This position will rotate between phases of the training plan based on park operational needs and season.
What you get to do:
- Supervise the receiving, storage, and delivery of product to Busch Gardens and Water Country USA.
- Conduct daily audits of pick tickets and review pull and delivery accuracy with ambassadors
- Assist ambassadors with product stocking and rotation
- Supervise the team and overall operations.
- Coach, counsel and manage their daily schedule
- Train ambassadors on standard operating procedures and continuous development of location operations.
- Review daily check lists for vehicles and equipment.

Shuttle transportation is provided to/from training site. Wait times for free shuttle may vary. We provide activities for participants staying at the Ambassador Housing Village and partner hotels such as trips to Washington DC and Virginia Beach, picnics, contests, and so much more! We will provide free transportation from the Ambassador Housing Village to Busch Gardens Williamsburg and Water Country USA and back to the Village throughout the day. Paid training will be provided for all positions at Busch Gardens Williamsburg and Water Country once participants been hired by the Park. Schedules will be posted in our SEA Port App (information for this app will provided during their First Impressions orientation). If participants are scheduled to be off, they can ask for Extra Hours in our SEA Port app. Once participants have trained for 30 days, they will be eligible for up to 6 free single day tickets for any SeaWorld Park in Virginia, Florida (except for Discovery Cove), Texas, California, and Pennsylvania as well as discounted tickets. These tickets will be available in the SEA Port App. If participants wish to explore the area on their days off, Williamsburg offers public transportation via WATA (Williamsburg Area Transit Authority). There is a WATA bus stop right outside the Ambassador Housing Village. All-day fare is $3 (please note, this price is subject to change without warning. Go to gowata.org for more information).
Housing information
Housing is $15 per day regardless of housing location. All participants are required to attend Ambassador Housing Village Orientation. During this orientation, participants will learn the rules and their responsibilities including how to pay their housing. Free transportation to and from training site will be provided to all participants – even those staying at partner hotels.
